I ordered from lith.com thinking it would be straightforward, since it was just something I needed for the week and not some huge complicated order. But the delivery timing ended up being a mess. The tracking barely updated, and the package showed up days later than it was supposed to. I kept checking it myself, usually while having coffee in the morning or before bed, and there was never really a clear answer about where it was. I get that delays happen, especially these days, but this just felt unreliable. I probably wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something by a certain date...

Placing my order was quick and hassle-free. It all went smoothly, which was sorta exactly what I was hoping for.

I ordered from lith.com and thought doing a simple exchange would be no big deal, but wow, it turned into an absolute ordeal. The instructions were weirdly unclear, and instead of just getting a straight answer, I kept having to check for updates like I was tracking some lost treasure.
Support was painfully slow, and I felt like I was saying the same thing over and over into the void. By the time everything finally got sorted out, the excitement was completely dead and I didn’t even want the item anymore. Disappointing, and I doubt I’ll order from them again.

They did get back to me and were polite, but it took longer than I expected and I had to repeat the details twice. The problem was fixed eventually, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do wish the service had been faster and a little more straightforward.

I tried using a promo code on lith.com and at first it looked like it was going to work, but once I got to checkout, it either didn’t apply at all or barely took anything off. Not really sure why they make it seem like a decent discount if it’s going to fall apart at the last step.
I reached out to support, but they mostly just pointed back to the terms like that explained everything. If there are a bunch of little rules that make the code basically useless, that’s on them for not making it clear upfront. Definitely annoying.

It got here fast, just a little later than I was expecting. Not perfect, but still decent overall.

I’m still waiting for my refund to come through, and it hasn’t shown up yet. Frustrating, honestly 😕
